Potent Potables in Jamestown

First time there. Clean, nice atmosphere, inside and outside seating. A lot of choices to sink and a very knowledgeable staff.

Best beer shop in NC. Owner is quite possibly the best dude this side of the Mississippi. Amazing selection, friendly service, great prices. Love it!!

Great Atmosphere and Craft Beer

I’ve been coming to Potent Potables since they opened and have always had a great experience. They do well to bring in great beers and wines and always have a variety that can satisfy most. The music is always on point, and under normal circumstances a good rotation of food trucks and fantastic assortment of games. They have the best, most attentive staff. They’ve really created a wonderful environment. Not to mention they are always promoting and supporting local businesses and the larger community.

Amazing place and the staff is great as well. Beer selection is unmatched in the area. Check out their Facebook as they usually have great food trucks.

Great atmosphere, sucks we can sample the beer in tap but they do a good job with trying to describe the beer. Most if the times they have a food truck outside and they allow you to eat inside. They have a great variety of games and a great selections of bottled wine and canned beer. Is a great place to come as a family everyone is friendly and respectful, glad to have a place like this around!

Killer selection of all things alcohol. Beers on tap, beers in cans, beers in bottles, wine and more! The atmosphere is fun and there’s always a good crowd there! I really enjoy the concept and how it was executed.

Always has a special. Fun place with friends and coworkers. Plenty of space. Both bathrooms are unisex don't get confused by the symbols on the door

Amazing shop with an amazing owner!

One of my regular beer joints and has been for years. The owner goes out of his way to make you feel at home and share good beer with you. It's kinda like going to a buddy's house who happens to be a big beer nerd! Bottles are reasonably priced, the selection is amazing and the taplist is always on point. Best of all, they are following strict mask/hand sanitizer protocols for staff and patrons for the safety of all involved.

Great selection of packaged beer and wine. Good selection of beers on rotating taps with a wine bar also available. Kid friendly, food truck on most nights, board games available to play, nice outdoor seating are. Overall, a great place to visit.

Great beer selection. Small bar with several on tap. For wine drinkers they do this well too. The interior has plenty of tables, board games, etc. Good date place or bring your crew for a few. Rotates food trucks on certain days and these are decent. Well done and a great addition to Jamestown where there ain't too much going on.

Great selection of beers on tap that changes weekly. Wide selection of bottled beers as well. Friendly staff. Food trucks most nights and Southern Roots restaurant right next door is available for take out. Outside patio seating and plentiful seating inside.

Steve and crew at Potent Potables are the real deal. They know beer and can lead you right to the beer you were looking for or didn't even know you were looking for. A great environment for date night, a celebration, to enjoy some great local food trucks, hear some fun music, and just enjoy the people you are with. Potent Potables is full of fun, life, and tremendous service and hospitality.

Excellent selection of beers and wines on draft and in Bottle. Live entertainment on the weekends. Food trucks available each night to bring bring food inside enjoy your brew.

Amazing selection of fine craft beers and wines. Board games and usually a food truck. The only issue is that if you plan to build your own six pack you better take out a personal loan.

Great selection and the staff is very accommodating. Curb side pickup works great. Just send them an email of what you want and they get it all together and bring it out to your car.

If you have a favorite brew or wine they have it and more! Plus the staff will help you pick your perfect drink. They had a food truck and it was delicious! The people working were very nice and very helpful. This isn't a place where you have to stand around the bar and wait to get served. A big range of age groups. Many tables to relax, work, or have a family dinner!

Me and my friends always go here on the weekend's. Love that we end up here. Love the owner awesome people that actually know about what it is that they're selling if they don't have it they will get it in for you usually and usually try to make you feel as comfortable and at home as humanly possible .
